In the year 2011, did many of us made a little self-analysis on our performance? I guess we have to. This is to determine what should we need to improve in ourselves and career as a professional especially in the real estate industry. We may have taken good courses at different real estate school but self-discipline is still the best teacher that will help us really succeed and become a professional person.
