The Best Career Decision Ever!

About 17 years ago I made a decision to get into real estate in the Kawarthas. After all this time I have no regrets. I can't think of a better way to make lots of money and have fun at the same time! I had spent years stuck inside somebody else's schedule, working on somebody else's business, making a lot less money then that somebody else until I discovered the wonderful world of real estate sales. Suddenly I had unlimited earning potential (need more money...work harder!), total control of my business and of my time (want to go golfing on Thursday.....don't book any appointments!), and I was meeting wonderful people every day (doing business on the lakeside decks of their cottages!). After 10 or so years of a successful sales career, the control freak in me decided to go into management. I LOVE MY JOB! Now I'm travelling all over the province, recruiting and training agents. My favourite part is the coaching, whether helping new agents to get their career off the ground quickly, or taking our seasoned salespeople to the next level in their careers.
